WHAT IS POLYMER MATERIAL?Mats are made from polymer eva material technology which allows to collect a huge amount of dirt, moisture, dust in mat's cell. Due to the cell structure, dirt does not spread through the carpeted floor area surface , and it keep interior and shoes clean. Since the material has a mud and water repellent properties, for a quick cleaning of the EVA mats, they simply need to be turned up and shake. Our mats are easy to clean with car foam and water wash.
Our Favomats are made from an innovative environmentally friendly material (EVA ) that has high wear resistance, resistance to extreme temperatures (from +40 C to -40 C) and aggressive chemicals. They are 2-3 times lighter than other rubber carmats, and have perfect hydro and noise insulation!

All items are carefully inspected before packing. All products are brand new and made from high-quality materials.
Handling time is usually 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We ship worldwide from Ukraine using trusted international shipping services, including:

• UPS Mail Innovations / DHL eCommerce— Standard Shipping (10–18 business days)
• UPS / Fedex— Expedited Shipping (5–10 business days)
All parcels include a TRACKING NUMBER, allowing you to track your shipment throughout the entire delivery process.

1. Returns & Refunds
Full Refunds
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery.
If the package arrives damaged, you must contact your local postal or shipping carrier immediately and complete a Damage Report. Without an official damage report, a refund or claim may not be possible.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• A defective item
• A damaged item
• An incorrect product

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A short description of the problem
After reviewing the issue, we will provide either:
• A replacement item, or
• A full or partial refund
depending on the situation.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you would like to return an item because:
• You changed your mind
• The product does not meet your expectations
• There is no defect or shipping error on our side
we still accept returns and refunds.
However:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• Return shipments must be prepaid and include tracking information
• Buyers are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping
We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking numbers for all returns.
2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
